Overview

TGS Performance - Camp/Clinic/Class

The True Grit Sports - Performance -  Camp / Clinic / Classes are a one, two, or three day sports performance Camp/Clinic/Class. Our Camp/Clinic/Class are designed to introduce the basic building blocks for speed, strength and agility in sports. Each Camp/Clinic/Class is led by a team of coaches from the Elk Grove /Sacramento/Stockton/East-Bay areas. This coaching team has a combined expertise that exceeded 20 years of sports training and conditioning.

Our Camp/Clinic/Class will be scheduled for both an indoor and outdoor participation. The first day is includes classroom instruction. The second and third day is outdoor participation.

Our rates are determined by the size of the team or group, and how many days required for the camp. A team or group is 7 or more. In addition, the cost is determined by location of the Camp/Clinic/Class.

All student athletes are required to provide the appropriate apparel needed for both indoor and outdoor participation. All Camp/Clinic/Class will be held throughout the fall, winter, spring and summer.

Youth 7 on 7

True Grit Sports Performance – Youth 7 on 7 –Flag Football League/Tournament

The True Grit Sports - 7 on 7 – Fall / Winter Flag Football League / Tournament is a non-contact youth football activity. This is an after-school sports training and preparation program reserved for the student-athletes registered to the participating team or youth program. This youth sports activity is designed to provide sports preparation and to teach sportsmanship, nutrition, and physical education, to the male and female, student-athlete. This is a 16 week football camp/clinic (four 4 week sessions). Each four week session will prepare the participating student-athlete for the 4 week - 7 on 7 youth flag football league/tournament. The training and preparation will be in four sessions, weekdays - Monday through Friday, 330pm to 630pm, Sept/Dec. The last session will be a four week 7 on 7 football league and tournament.

Youth Basketball

True Grit Sports Performance– Youth Basketball Conditioning – Basketball League / Tournament

The True Grit Sports – Youth Basketball Conditioning – Basketball League / Tournament is a non-contact youth basketball activity. This is an after-school sports training and preparation program reserved for the student-athletes registered to the participating team or youth program. This youth sports activity is designed to provide sports preparation and to teach sportsmanship, nutrition, and physical education, to the male and female, student-athlete. This is a 12 week basketball camp/clinic provided in four 3 week sessions. Each three week session will prepare the participating student-athlete for the three week TGS basketball tournament. The training and preparation will be in four sessions, weekdays - Monday through Friday, 330pm to 630pm, Jan/March. The last session will be a three week Basketball League/Tournament.

Youth Track & Field

True Grit Sports Performance – Youth Track and Field Conditioning – Track / Field Meet 

The True Grit Sports – Youth Track and Field Conditioning is a non-contact youth sports activity. This is an after-school sports training and preparation program reserved for the student-athletes registered to the participating team or youth program. This youth sports activity is designed to provide sports preparation and to teach sportsmanship, nutrition, and physical education, to the male and female, student-athlete. This is a 16 week track and field conditioning program provided in four 4 week sessions. Each four week session will prepare the participating student-athlete for four track/field youth track meets. The training and preparation will be in four 4 week sessions, weekdays - Monday through Friday, 330pm to 630pm, March/July. The last session will be the four Track and Field meets.

 

Youth Volleyball

 True Grit Sports Performance – Girls Youth Volleyball Conditioning – Volleyball Tournament

The True Grit Sports – Girls Volleyball Conditioning - Volleyball Tournament is a non-contact youth sports activity. This is an after-school sports training and preparation program reserved for the student-athletes registered to the participating team or youth program. This youth sports activity is designed to provide sports preparation and to teach sportsmanship, nutrition, and physical education, to the female, student-athlete. This is a 12 week volleyball camp/clinic (four 3 week sessions). Each three week session will prepare the participating student-athlete for the three volleyball tournaments. The training and preparation will be in four sessions, weekdays - Monday through Friday, 330pm to 630pm, April/June. The last session will be three Volleyball tournaments.
